In being transparent, at Alliance Appliance, we currently service within a 20-mile radius of our shop in Summerville. 20 miles is our absolute max for all services, whether under warranty or as a paid service. As a small, family-run business with just one technician who also does inventory work up, transportation, deliveries, supplier meetings, daily operations, and everything else in between, this service area allows us to stay efficient, keep turnaround times reasonable, and continue offering the best prices and quality service possible.
We know it may not cover everyone, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Keeping things tight and manageable ensures we can take great care of the customers we are able to reach.

WE ARE NOT A RETAILER; WE ARE A LIQUIDATION AND REFURBISHED APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE. AS SUCH, PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOUR PURCHASE IS A FINAL SALE. WE RECOMMEND YOU LOOK OVER AND RESEARCH THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO PURCHASE! YOU ARE WELCOME TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE ITEM AND MODEL NUMBER FOR REFERENCE.

As a Liquidation and Refurbished warehouse, all units sold at Alliance Appliance LLC are final sales, sold in as-is on our floor condition to include any missing parts of the unit. Alliance Appliance LLC does not offer refunds and does not accept returns for any unit sold.
LIQUIDATION APPLIANCES: Our liquidation products are overstock, open box, scratch and dent, and non-retail inventory that may end up in liquidation due to a variety of issues including: non-functionality (all or partial), missing parts, physical or internal damage, or otherwise. Products may or may not have existing warranties, but you must contact the manufacturer to confirm your warranty, if any, is valid on your item. Please understand your purchase is a final sale purchase! We value our customers and do our best to give you the best customer service as possible. If you have any issues with your order, we will do our best to assist to the extent of our policies.
REFURBISHED APPLIANCES: All refurbished units have been tested by our lead technician or are plugged in on our floor to show function. Although we do not accept returns, we do provide a warranty for all refurbished units sold, whether in-house or through a third party. If a unit malfunctions, please see the warranty agreement given at time of purchase, if applicable. Refunds on units will only be considered if the unit cannot be repaired or replaced at equal purchase value at Alliance Appliance LLC’s owner’s discretion, if within the warranty period when applicable. If a refund is approved, this will not include any fees paid for delivery, drop off, installation, or any other services rendered, and any such payment of fees are non-refundable. There will be a $100 returned item fee for each set or $65 returned item fee for each individual appliance. If a refund is agreed upon by the owner of Alliance Appliance LLC, the units must be brought back to our shop, or a pickup fee may be added.
Alliance Appliance LLC’s 30-Day limited warranty covers physical goods sold and only physical goods. The warranty covers labor cost and mechanical parts for the unit(s) purchased from Alliance Appliance LLC only. Electrical components and parts (including control board and wiring harness), cosmetic damage/defects, and/or missing parts that do not affect the function of the unit are not covered under the warranty. The units purchased are in used condition at time of sale and have been fully tested and serviced in good working order prior to leaving the shop. Quantity or quality of use of the units prior to being sold is unknown by us. Any minor annoyances, within reason, such as squeaks, non-working lights, and slight noises caused by normal wear are not covered under the warranty. Alliance Appliance LLC is not liable for any damage to personal property that may occur by any units sold in any condition. This limited warranty is good for 30-Days from date of purchase or delivery/pickup as noted below. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of parts due to mechanical issues not caused by improper installation, normal wear and tear, or user/establishment malfunctions or errors, at Alliance Appliance LLC technician’s discretion. Any unit(s) needing to be replaced instead of repaired will be determined by Alliance Appliance LLC’s owner at time of evaluation or at time of repair. If for any reason Alliance Appliance LLC’s technician finds the unit(s) to need repair due to causes that are not covered under this warranty, there may be a repair and/or parts fee which will be discussed with the purchaser prior to services being performed. This warranty does not cover improper installation, damage occurred during, or as a result of, improper installation, clogged vents, clogged drains or pipes, improper cleaning of dryer vent or lint trap, home vent, or lint catcher, “do-it-yourself” repairs, or other issues found to be a user or establishment error. Alliance Appliance LLC does not offer refunds. Please see our Return/Refund Policy Notice. If repairs are needed, whether under warranty or for a paid service repair, the unit(s) must be brought back to Alliance Appliance LLC unless otherwise agreed upon by the technician prior. Alliance Appliance LLC can provide in-house services with a service fee.
If unit(s) are found to be tampered with in any way, this warranty is then null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS. Alliance Appliance LLC reserves the right to void warranty upon the use of disrespectful and/or vulgar language and/or behavior from the purchaser, including family/friends who contact us on their behalf, to any of its team members.
*Delivery and installation technicians are independently contracted. Any damages or failure to install items correctly are the responsibility of the contractor and are in no way a liability of Alliance Appliance LLC. Pickup and delivery are NOT part of the warranty and are subject to an additional fee.
At Alliance Appliance, we take pride in being a small, family-run business committed to quality workmanship and honest service. Because our repair team is limited to only one person who has other responsibilities, repair appointments may be scheduled up to 2 weeks out at times.
Please Note:
· Housecall repair services are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays when available. Customers receive priority scheduling for repair services based on urgency and location.
· Warehouse repair services (items brought to us) are done Monday - Friday depending on the technician’s schedule and are prioritized based on urgency.
