2. Speak with a Technician: Our experienced appliance technician will walk you through troubleshooting steps over the phone to help identify the problem and determine possible solutions.
3. Get Answers & Next Steps: If we can identify the issue remotely, we’ll explain your options and recommend the next steps.
4. Need an In-Home Visit? No problem! Your $25 virtual consultation fee will be credited toward our standard $55 in-home diagnostic. You’ll only pay the remaining $30.
