This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Alliance Appliance (“Sponsor”), located in Summerville, South Carolina.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 8, 2026 and ends on July 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”).

The winner will be selected by random drawing and announced on July 6, 2026.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of South Carolina who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Alliance Appliance, their immediate family members, and members of their household are not eligible to participate.

Proof of age and South Carolina residency may be required prior to awarding any prize.

How to Enter

Purchase Entries

Participants will receive:

One (1) entry for every $100 spent (before taxes) on qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period.

Examples:

• $100 purchase = 1 entry
• $250 purchase = 2 entries
• $500 purchase = 5 entries
• $1,000 purchase = 10 entries

Only completed and paid purchases qualify. Returned merchandise, canceled transactions, refunded purchases, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or unpaid balances will result in associated entries being voided.

No Purchase Necessary Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Individuals may receive one (1) free entry by visiting Alliance Appliance during normal business hours and requesting an official giveaway entry form.

Completed entry forms must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) free entry per person.

Bonus Entries

All eligible participants, including those entering through the Alternate Method of Entry, may earn bonus entries as follows:

• Follow Alliance Appliance on Facebook: +2 entries
• Leave a Google Review: +5 entries
• Share an official giveaway post: +3 entries
• Facebook Check-In during a store visit: +2 entries
• Refer a customer who completes a qualifying purchase: +10 entries

Proof of completion may be required for all bonus entries.

Alliance Appliance reserves the right to reject any bonus entry that cannot be verified.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Grand Prize

• $250 Cash

PLUS

Additional Prize

One (1) of the following:

• A complimentary 250-Day Warranty Upgrade on a qualifying appliance purchase made during the Promotion Period;

OR

• One (1) Diagnostic Service Voucher with a retail value of $95.

The Diagnostic Service Voucher will be awarded if:

• The winner did not make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period; or
• The winner’s purchase is not eligible for a warranty extension; or
• The warranty upgrade cannot be applied for any reason.

The Diagnostic Service Voucher:

• Has no cash value.
• Is non-transferable.
• Must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance.
• Is subject to Alliance Appliance’s standard service area limitations and scheduling availability.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about July 6, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification & Prize Claim

The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.

The winner must:

• Respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
• Claim the prize in person at Alliance Appliance within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
• Present a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Provide proof of South Carolina residency if requested.

If the selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted within seven (7) calendar days;
• Does not claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days;
• Refuses the prize;
• Fails to provide required identification or proof of residency; or
• Is otherwise found to be ineligible;

the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Alliance Appliance’s sole discretion.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

No cash substitution will be provided for the warranty upgrade or diagnostic service voucher.

Alliance Appliance reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Tax Responsibility

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize awarded through this Promotion.

Alliance Appliance makes no representations regarding the tax consequences of winning a prize. Participants are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding any potential tax obligations.

If required by applicable law, Alliance Appliance reserves the right to collect necessary tax information from the winner and comply with all applicable reporting requirements.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for Alliance Appliance to use the winner’s name, city, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

Alliance Appliance reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility and entry validity.
• Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process.
• Void entries obtained through fraudulent means.
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

The decisions of Alliance Appliance regarding all matters related to this Promotion shall be final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Alliance Appliance, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of any prize.

Privacy

Information collected from participants may be used for administering this Promotion and for future Alliance Appliance marketing communications.
